I am pleased to invite you to the 2^nd International Ex-libris Congress and the 6^th International Ex-libris Competition organized by Istinye University, Selçuk Ecza Deposu, Bozlu Art Project and Istanbul Ex-libris Society, which will be held in Istanbul on 20-24 August 2025. The competition deadline is April 23, 2025.

Istanbul is not only a geographic bridge between Europe and Asia, it is at the same time a cultural crossroads. In 2025, you will have an opportunity to explore its unparalleled history and environment, while experiencing the unforgettable tastes of the Turkish cuisine, returning to your nations with a feeling of contentment.  

Regarding your accommodations while in Istanbul, you will be able to choose from many economically priced alternatives. You will be able to reach the Congress which will be held at Istinye University at the Vadi H Campus relatively easily by metro, as it is close in proximity to the city center.

Registration Fee

Congress members are required to pay a fee of €165, which entitles them to attend all events, scheduled visits, congress documentation and the closing gala dinner. Accompanying persons are required to pay a fee of €140, which entitles them to full participation in all events, scheduled visits and the closing gala dinner. It should be transferred to İstanbul Ekslibris Derneği. The receipt and registration form should be sent to hasipp@gmail.com until May 3, 2025.
